How is it possible that Ashley and Ian are graduating from JMU this spring? I feel like it was just yesterday I did Ashley’s senior portraits for high school graduation! I traveled up to James Madison University this past weekend to capture their senior pictures with their caps and gowns. We lucked out with a warm day, even though it was a bit overcast – and we had a great time. Ashley is graduating with her Education degree and Ian’s will be in business. They have a lot to celebrate!

I’ve never gotten to shoot at JMU in the spring before so it was great to see all of the green lawns and trees blooming all over campus. We even got a chance to go into the Arboretum for the end of the session and it was beautiful! Much to Ian’s chagrin, I even made sure to sneak in a few couple’s portraits for them – because who doesn’t want more of those?! Plus they were all dressed up! How could I not?!

Congratulations, Ashley and Ian! I am so proud of you both and can’t wait to see what’s in store for you!
