Charelle was one of the beautiful mommas who responded during my maternity model call I posted about a few weeks ago! She’s celebrating her second pregnancy right now, with her sweet baby girl and I’m so excited that we were able to get in a quick session before that little one graces us with her presence! Charelle and I met up last week to capture these portraits and she was such a champ – walking up and down Government Island’s trails with me to find the perfect little spots! Winter light is absolutely stunning and when you find the perfect piece of the trail to pop into… it’s really just amazing! 

I asked Charelle why she wanted to be a mom and she told me that her first born was a surprise but she realized that she wanted to expand her family more after that and she’s been loving the journey of motherhood so far! After chatting with her, I know that’s so true. She’s such as sweet, genuine + selfless woman. I know her children are very lucky to have her! 

Charelle, I hope I get to meet your beautiful daughter when she arrives and I can’t wait to see you enjoy the world with her. She is truly blessed to have such a sweet lady as her mama!!!
