It’s crazy how fast time really goes – when Jenna contacted me about photographing her new baby girl this fall, I said absolutely! And when I arrived? It blew my mind how tiny Sadie was – and it reminded me how small David had been! Does time really go that fast? Because of the hurricane and Sadie only being a few days old, we planned to do an in-home lifestyle session in her nursery… which was SO cute! Jenna chose to do a cactus themed room and I loved all of the details she picked for the décor!

It was so much fun to work with the Kirk family. Sadie was a perfect little baby for me and her big brother, Jason, was so excited to have his picture taken (most of the time!). He was a ball of energy but I love that!! Lifestyle sessions can take some time, especially with a newborn, so I’m very thankful for the Kirks opening their home to me and being so sweet while we worked to get Sadie’s portraits.
