I was so excited when Josh texted me about coming to photograph some of his recording session at Cue Recording Studios out in Falls Church VA last week. He’s working on a new website for his freelance cello playing so he’s busy with so many tasks! I absolutely LOVE getting to work with other creatives – especially musicians and actors – as this is the world I grew up in and went to school for. It’s one of the best parts of my job – helping them make their dreams come true! Josh is a fantastic cellist – hearing him play just makes my heart sing! He’s incredibly talented and cares deeply about his music, which is a wonderful thing to see. I LOVED getting to be in a recording studio again! 

It was so much fun getting to hear him work on his demos while I waited to take a few shots. I haven’t gotten to hear Josh play cello since college. He’s SO fantastic!!  Here’s a few of my favorite shots from his recording session!
