Some of my favorite people are expecting their first baby boy in February. Spoiler alert…. he came early and graced us with his presence on New Year’s Eve!! I’m so glad we managed to get their maternity portraits done before he arrived! We decided on taking their portraits in downtown Alexandria – which turned out to be a perfect location. The area was decorated for the holidays and it wasn’t too chilly of a day, but enough that the crowds were low.

Kristin is the epitome of how pregnancy should look! She is glowing, full of excitement and anticipation, and just beautiful. I’m so impressed with her. Baby J is so lucky to have her as a mama!!! And Chris – well, he’s a goofball, but he’s going to be a great dad. This little boy is so lucky these two wonderful people are his parents. Chris and Kristin – thank you for letting me capture another special moment in your lifetime. I’m so happy to call you both friends and have you join us on this journey of parenthood. We can’t wait to watch J. grow up and see you two take on the roles you were made to have.
