I was so excited when Frank came by to chat with me about a family session for him, his wife and their two sweet grandchildren while they were visiting for the summer. We chose Government Island because it’s so close to us but also such a beautiful property!! Our session fell on one of the warmest nights we’ve had so far this summer but this family was full of smiles and laughs and it’s so clear how much they love being with each other. 

The relationship between a grandparent and their grandchild is one of the most special relationships I’m lucky enough to capture. There’s something so sweet about the way a grandmother hugs her grand babies or a grandpa makes his grandkids laugh. This session was really something special to capture! I loved how much fun we had and I especially loved the beach-themed outfits Sherry picked out for everyone! This session just screams summer to me (doesn’t it to you?!). I really hope you love this session as much as I do.
