Okay, okay. So I know the title is cheesy but May is here and boy, was the last weekend of April CRAZY! In the best way possible of course… 

The weekend started off with a visit to my sister at CNU for her senior portraits (on the blog later this week!). We also managed to squeeze in a new sweetheart session with her boyfriend, Arthur and I got to see his Dance Styles final! My sister finished her exams and is now DONE with college until graduation! AHHHH! It was great to see her and Arthur – play some board games, eat good food and just relax. 

Saturday morning I got up and headed off to see one of my good friends from college for a gorgeous sweetheart session on the beach (on the blog later!) and head shots. It was SO good to see Hannah + meet Johnny!!! I then headed into Williamsburg for a mentoring session that afternoon with the fabulous Allyson B Photography! I managed to see my aunt for lunch too!!! I love being able to see my family all over!! 🙂 I also got to drive on the colonial parkway on my way into Williamsburg  – something I’ve never gotten to do and it was BEAUTIFUL! I took my time and stopped to read the signs and see the gorgeous river. If you’ve never done it, it’s definitely something to do!!

The mentoring session was AMAZING and I’ll be sure to share all about it – and the changes coming to this business – soon! For now, here’s a quick sneak peek of Allyson working + from the mommy + me session on the beach Saturday night! 

It’s been an absolutely crazy weekend but I LOVED every minute and can’t wait until every weekend is this full with sessions!!! Speaking of – don’t forget Mother’s Day is Sunday!! I’m offering gift certificates for sessions — a great idea for Mother’s Day! 😉
